Who keeps the architecture repository up to date?

ArchiLU shows applications, processes and other objects that have no owner. The architect proposes assignments. The people concerned then complete and confirm the information within their scope. Business and IT teams maintain their objects in the same repository. The dashboard shows what still needs completing.

  • When your rules require it, the proposed owner accepts or declines the assignment. Only accepted ownership counts.
  • Every twelve months, each owner receives a task to confirm the objects they are responsible for.
  • The architect can assign several owners from the list of objects without owners.
