Document processes, roles and the applications they use

In ArchiLU, a process describes its trigger, expected result and required activities. Each activity identifies the roles involved and the applications used. Business and IT teams complete the same model with the relevant rules and data. They can follow handovers between teams before changing the process.

  • The BPMN model represents activities and handovers between roles, together with the applications used.
  • An activity shared by several processes retains a single identity in the repository.
  • The versioned BPMN definition is available through the API. Its use in an engine is prepared as part of the chosen integration.
