Application dependencies, end of support and renewals

An application’s 360 view shows the processes, flows, interfaces and contracts that depend on it. Its components identify the technologies used and their support dates. Before a change or retirement, owners can examine those dependencies. Contracts provide the dates needed to prepare a renewal.

Capabilities connected to the application identify the business activities affected by a change.
Known and unknown technology support dates appear in the CIO dashboard and the TIME view.
Each contract retains its supplier, annual cost, expiry date and covered applications. Automatic renewal is identified.
